Quokka- scooters

There’s a motorcycle and scooter show on in Perth this weekend, hence the topic of this week’s cover.

If you’ve seen the 1953 film Roman Holiday, starring Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn, this image might be familiar.

I don’t think Audrey makes a good quokka, her features are too delicate and feminine. Greg doesn’t look too bad though.

    are you the James that i have met a couple of times at the Lit. Centre? I hope so, LOVE the Quokka pics. Stewie, my husband, is an avid Quokka reader so we check out the cover (and me the antiques and free pets, and Stew the Motor section) every week.
    No doubt see you at the Lit. Centre again, if of course it is you…..
